Widget
A gamified interactive component (e.g. spin wheel, quiz, scratch card) that can be customized and embedded into your campaign site.
Campaign
A marketing experience created on Winza that includes your selected widget, creative assets, and engagement workflow, designed to achieve specific goals.
Campaign Page / Site
The dedicated landing page or microsite where your audience interacts with your widget and content.
MAU (Monthly Active Users)
The number of unique users who interacted with your campaigns within a given calendar month.
Impressions
How often someone saw your campaign site on Winza. Depending on the result type, the link might need to be scrolled or expanded into view.
Clicks
How often someone clicked a link, button, or interactive element on your campaign site.
Click-through rate
The percentage of impressions that resulted in a click. Calculated as (Clicks Γ· Impressions) Γ 100.
Conversion
When a user completes a desired action within your campaign (like submitting details, redeeming a reward, or making a purchase).
